Russ is a Co-founder and President Beacon Wi-Fi. Russ has a strong marketing, technical and operations background and has held positions of SVP and COO with Melard Technologies/Microslate, Beacon Wi-Fi and has consulted for companies such as Springwell Partners and Cerberus Capital on growth, technology roadmapping and operations. Russ is actively involved in the marketing, IT and network designs at Beacon. Russ holds a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and an MBA from NYU, Stern School of Business.

Joe has been with Beacon for over 8 years and has managed the West Coast/California operations from San Diego to the East Bay. As Director of Network Operations Joe has direct responsibilities for network stability, Marina Manager relations and leads the 7 day/week Beacon Technical Support group for Beacon's largest customers. Joe has has worked for Ernst and Young as a CPA, has been a CFO and owned and operated a mid-sized ISP.

Ray manages National Marina Sales at Beacon Wi-Fi. Ray has a strong marketing and sales background in the Marine Market and holds sales positions at WoodenBoat, Professional BoatBuilder and New England Boating Magazines Ray also sells for the Refit International Exhibition and Conference, the WoodenBoat Show as well as the International Marina and Boatyard Conference. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business
